The Allegro™ process and products are
proprietary and are
covered by patent-pending applications throughout the world.
Allegro™ can be used to mature any distilled
spirit which is
aged in oak barrels - i.e. Bourbon, Whisky, Scotch, Rum,
Tequila, Mezcal, and Brandy.
The oak wood utilized in Allegro™ Technology
is the same
oak wood used to fabricate barrels.
Components that are foreign to barrel aging are not
used -
the technology uses only those components that are naturally
present in
the distillate or in the wood.
The beverage producers introduce their distillates to the oak in
stainless steel containers under precisely controlled conditions.
The result is a matured spirits beverage equivalent to, or better than,
one that has been barrel-aged, but produced in about 30-120 days,
and at a lower cost.
